Anchor & Tide Coaching offers individualized support for preteens, teens, and young adults who are navigating change, building confidence, and learning how to become more independent. Through one-on-one coaching, real-world skill building, and thoughtful conversation, young people are supported in developing self-awareness, stronger coping skills, healthier routines, and greater confidence in everyday life.

Coaching is practical, relationship-based, and tailored to each person’s goals. Sessions may focus on school, friendships, communication, organization, life skills, stress, transitions, or simply figuring out what comes next.

What Coaching Looks Like

Individualized, one-on-one support that meets young people where they are.

Sessions are designed around each young person’s needs, interests, and goals. Depending on the individual, we might talk through a challenge, work on organization or school-related skills, practice communication, get outside, or use a real-world activity to build confidence and independence.

My approach is supportive, practical, and strengths-based. The goal isn’t to tell young people who they should be, it’s to help them better understand themselves, recognize what they’re capable of, and develop skills they can carry into everyday life.

Every event we host is designed with intention, from the atmosphere we create to the way each session flows.
